Plans and billing
Are prices with or without VAT?
Both are shown. The large price on each card is the net price per month: as a business you pay it plus 27% Hungarian VAT (ÁFA). As an individual you pay the amount with ÁFA, shown right under it. A business with a valid EU VAT number from another EU country pays the net price, and the VAT is reverse charged.
When you order, you say whether you order as an individual or a business, and from then on you see the price that applies to you. Your invoice shows the net price, the VAT and the total.
Can I order as a private person?
Yes. As an individual you see prices with VAT included, and you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of ordering. Your site starts straight away at your request, so if you withdraw, you pay only for the days already provided and get the rest back.
Is there a free trial?
No. You choose yearly or monthly billing, and you can cancel at any time. If you order as an individual, you can also withdraw within 14 days.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Two months. A year costs ten times the monthly fee: for JORD that is 72,000 HUF + ÁFA a year, instead of 86,400 HUF + ÁFA paid month by month. You pay for the year in advance.
How do I pay?
JORD and JORD Shop: you order online and pay by card on a secure payment page. Each yearly or monthly fee is then charged to the same card. JORD never sees your card details.
JORD News and Enterprise: by bank transfer, against a proforma invoice.
Your invoice comes by email from our invoicing system. The card payment receipt is not an invoice.
Is there a minimum term, and how do I cancel?
No minimum term beyond the period you pay for. Plans renew every year or every month, depending on the billing you choose, and you can cancel at any time. Your plan then ends at the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I switch editions later?
Yes. Write to us and we change your edition. Your content stays where it is.
How do the daily AI limits work?
On JORD and JORD Shop, each site can run 3 AI image generations, each offering up to three images, and make 10 text requests a day. JORD News allows 20 image generations and 50 text requests. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Need more? Ask for the Higher AI limits add-on.
Will agent access cost extra?
Agent access is coming soon, so it is not part of any plan yet. Before it becomes one, you will see its price on this page.
What does JORD News add to JORD?
Publisher approval, multipage articles, autosave that we switch on for you, a feed for news aggregators and higher AI limits. Everything in JORD is included too.
Your site
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your site starts on a free address such as yourname.jord.site. Connect your own domain during setup or later: we show you the DNS records to add at your domain provider. JORD does not sell domains.
Is the admin in English?
Yes. The admin, our guides and sign-up are in English, Hungarian, German, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian and Russian, so everyone on your team can work in their own language.
Which languages can my site use?
Hungarian, English, German, Ukrainian and Russian, each with its own URLs. You write each language yourself: JORD does not translate your content.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes, as a paid service. We look at your current site and send you a quote.
